**Might contain spoilers**

Avengers: Infinity War is action-packed as well as having its comedic moments. It’s all hands on deck and there are a few sacrifices made by several characters to save others. Loki (Tom Hiddleston) and Thor open the movie and are the first of our heroes to encounter Thanos (Josh Brolin). He is searching for the infinity stones that will make him very powerful and hard to beat if he has them all. Bruce Banner returns to earth and has the task of telling everyone about Thanos. He has missed a lot while in space. He is told that the Avengers have split up. After hearing about Thanos Tony refuses to call Steve Rogers (Chris Evans). Bruce calls Steve after Tony disappears while fighting Thanos’ army.

As the movie progresses two of the infinity stones are on Earth. One is with Vision (Paul Bettany) and Dr. Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch). The other two Thanos seek are different planets. One of them with the Collector ( Benicio Del Toro) and the other the Soul Stone is on a desolate planet guarded by Red Skull (Stonekeeper). When Thanos arrives on the planet to retrieve the Soul Stone another sacrifice is made and Thanos does show some emotion because of it but it doesn’t stop him from seeking the rest of the stones.

The fight is split between earth and space. Captain America, Black Widow, Sam, War Machine, Wanda(Scarlet Witch), Vision, and Bruce head to Wakanda and enlist the help of the Black Panther, and Bucky Barnes (Winter Soldier).  At the same time Dr. Strange, Iron Man, Spider-Man, and the Guardians are taking the fight to Thanos in space. Clint and Ant Man’s absence from the fight were explained as well. The ending was a cliffhanger that helps to set up the next installment. It was also kind of shocking with the way it ended. In usual Marvel fashion, there is an after credits scene you definitely want to see.
