Sony’s TriStar has joined with The Mark Gordon Company, The C.S. Lewis Company and Entertainment One (eOne) to produce The Chronicles of Narnia: The Silver Chair for the silver screen.
Picking up where 20th Century Fox and Walden Media left off, The Silver Chair is the next book in the series. It will star a new cast, due to the length of time between films.
There isn’t a director yet, nor is there a release date. The cast will be announced after a director joins the project to help find the actors that will fill the roles.
Currently, they are going to be working from a script by screenwriter David Magee.
