There is no shortage of opinions about the three films based on The Hobbit. Whether you love them or hate them, have you considered if they are can be considered good movies even if they are not faithful adaptations? Also, how close do they come to presenting the core themes of the book itself? In this second and final part part William O’Flaherty is again joined by Dr. Charlie Starr, Legendarium‘s Dr. Crystal Hurd and Brenton Dickieson to discuss whether or not one can still enjoy the movies despite their imperfections.
