A new trailer for “Deep Breath,” the first episode of the 8th season of Doctor Who is now available to watch! The trailer features the new design of the TARDIS, familiar characters Madame Vastra and Jenny Flint, and a brilliant shot of Peter Capaldi giving a delightfully mischievous (and surely soon to be signature Doctor) smirk.
As if all that weren’t enough to get us excited, there have been hints that the episode will also feature a quick cameo by Matt Smith as Eleven. After viewing a preview screening of the episode, Independent reporter Ellen E Jones states that, “It is a perfectly paced, hugely enjoyable 80 minutes of everything you want from Doctor Who – action, silly jokes and enthralling sci-fi.”
