The Walt Disney World Resort in Hollywood Studios already has Star Wars Weekends, but Disney is now looking to expand their newly-acquired license to the franchise to other parks and in bigger ways.
Details have not yet been announced, and probably won’t be until the release date for Episode VII gets closer, but Disney chairman Bob Iger said at a meeting with analysts that Disney, “plans to “significantly” ramp up the “Star Wars” presence at the parks”.
Personally, I’m hoping for a ride inside a Death Star and a tauntaun petting zoo. What? Don’t look at me like that.
