The entertainment world is in a frenzy after the fight/almost fight between Orlando Bloom (The Lord of the Rings) and Canadian singer Justin Bieber Tuesday night at Ibiza.
“Orlando Bloom threw a punch at Justin Bieber early Wednesday morning in Ibiza … and Justin fled the restaurant — this according to 2 eyewitnesses. You don’t see Orlando swing, but the eyewitnesses tell us that’s exactly what happened. We’re told Justin ducked the punch. That’s where the video starts and you hear Justin scream, “What’s up bitch?” We’re told when Bieber left the crowd applauded.”
The tension between Bloom and Bieber stems from reports that Orlando’s (now Ex) wife and Justing Bieber “allegedly” became very close after a Victoria’s Secret show. After the divorce, Orlando Bloom was then seen with Bieber’s ex by the paparazzi.
From the video you can see that Bieber was saved from a hit to the face by one of his many bodyguards. And later, in true passive aggressive form, Bieber showed how much of a “Thug” he is by posting images of Bloom on his Instagram…much like a 12 year old girl would do… If Bieber would actually put his money where his mouth is and actually back up his trash talk, perhaps this situation would have been different. For instance, if both sides would have sent their bodyguards/friends away and they would have gone out back and settled it with a fistfight that they seemed to want badly, even if Bieber would have lost the fight, I would have a million times more respect for him.
The whole things is silly and really has no impact on the world…but is fun to watch! The one positive thing that has come from the confrontation, are the many Legolas Memes that have popped up online!
