Legendarium Media is pleased to announce the name of our newest reporter – Noble Smith!

“I am very excited about joining the Legendarium Team. Fantasy and science fiction have played a huge part in my life, as well as shaping me as an author. I am thrilled to be able to share my thoughts with Legendarium’s readers.” – Noble Smith

Noble Smith is the author of The Wisdom of the Shire, hailed by Kirkus Reviews as “a life-affirming, must-have morsel for Tolkien’s colossal fan base.” The book has been translated into 8 languages including Finnish and Spanish. His musings on J.R.R. Tolkien and his hobbits have appeared in the U.S. and U.K. versions of The Huffington Post. Noble’s action-adventure The Warrior Trilogy is published by Thomas Dunne Books/St. Martin’s Press. The first book in the series—Sons of Zeus—is available in hardcover, ebook and unabridged audio. An award-winning playwright, video game writer and film producer, he co-hosts the D&D nostalgia blog www.DungeonsAndDorkwads.com. He lives in the Pacific Northwest with his wife and children. Follow him on Twitter @shirewisdom and read his blog about all things Tolkien at http://www.shirewisdom.com.

I have been a fan of Noble’s work for quite some time. You may remember my interview with Noble regarding his book, Sons of Zeus. Noble has an amazing writing talent, imagination and incredible insight into “nerd-ness” we all embrace. I look forward to his contributions in the world of fandom. With that, please help us welcome Noble Smith to the Legendarium family!
